I recently inherited several findagrave sites. I am fairly new to managing a gravesite on findagrave, but I have quickly learned and will do my best to keep the information accurate.

If I duplicate a memorial, please know that it is unintentional as I always check several ways before posting. The memorials I create are done so with the utmost respect.

Requests to transfer will be made according to the Find A Grave guidelines: Memorials are transferred for relatives with these close relationships: child, spouse/partner, sibling, parent, grandchild, great-grandchild, grandparent, great-grandparent, niece/nephew, great niece/nephew, aunt/uncle, great aunt/uncle, or first cousin. This would include adoptive, step, and in-law versions of these relationships. Please show sensitivity to immediate and extended family members and their requests.

To request transfer of a memorial, please send a message using the edit tab. Include the memorial name & number, and your relationship, name & member ID.

I am also a person who appreciates the addition of photos, tombstones, death certificates and other definitive information.
