Bio

I've been working on my family genealogy off and on since I was in late teens. My goal is to trace as many branches of my tree back to when they immigrated to North America.

Family Lines I am working on are:
Batchler, Houghton, Northrop/Northrup, Nash, Perigo, Parish, Davenport, Kocher, Brotzman/Brutzman, Clarke, Wells, Jenkins, Skog, Cook and another Clark.

Find A Grave has been a great asset in my search and I appreciate all those who have taken the time to photograph grave stones in my various lines that are too far away for me to do a genealogy visit to gather those photos and data.

With that in mind I decided to return the favor to those who cannot easily find their way to my neck of the woods.

If you have a grave stone in my area that you would like a photo of I am happy to make every effort to locate the grave and get a photo. What I ask to help me do that is to have a much information provided as possible. Any pictures I take you are welcome to use for your personal, genealogy use, basically anything but using them for commercial use or reselling them.

Many cemeteries are so large that having the plot, lot and grave number would make the process much faster and easier. If you don't have that information a call to the cemetery office should do the trick. They normally have no problem providing a few plot numbers over the phone, but when someone walks in asking for the location of 50 grave sites it is not as easy.

If you cannot get that information then other information could help, such as they are buried lets say in the north east part of the cemetery; or they are buried near a list of other family members, possibly with a different surnames.

Anyway, I am happy to take the pictures for you and any leads you can provide are greatly appreciated.
