Bio

I spend most of my "genealogy time" researching my and my husband's families, so I don't add dozens of memorials per week like some folks can. But I enjoy walking through the local cemeteries and taking photos, as a outdoor break. I look for photo requests before I go to help pay back the I help I've received locating my ancestors. On a weekend, I take a drive to a more distant cemetery. And I have been fortunate enough to be able to do a little travel to find and photograph the graves of my own family.

I've added photos and made some memorials when I find graves that are not in Find A Grave. You are welcome to use my photos if you want them for your genealogy research. A word of acknowledgement is nice- really just a common courtesy. I try to remember to do that whenever I find a photo of a grave of one my family members.

If I've made a memorial for a person in your family, I would be happy to transfer that memorial to your care. Even though we are all connected, there is something nice about managing your great grandparent's (or great uncle's) memorial. I'm grateful to everyone who has been willing to transfer memorials to me.
