Bio

I'm a member of the Burns Family. Our ancestors are mostly from Nelson, Washington, Bullitt, Anderson, Mercer Counties. I want to find Philip Burns Grave Marker. He was born Burke Co. NC, died 28 January 1849 Washington Co. Kentucky. Philip was a Revolutionary Soldier.

I'm a family Descendant from Conrad Burns. Recently had Family Tree DNA done. Results Show Scotland & Ireland or Germany as origin country. Haplogroup R-M 198. Working on Burns ancestors, and located several Cemetery's with my people buried, Washington, Nelson, Bullitt, Anderson, Spencer, Mercer Counties, Kentucky. Will wait until spring to work a few Cemetery's. The Burns Cemetery on Chaplin Rd. will need the most labor. I now have 73 Burns descendants in my Data Base. Would like to communicate with you Harriet about Phillip Burns a American Revolutionary War soldier? Do have the immigrant Burns that first arrived to American. It seems that would be Conrad Burns, would you have sources on that information? By the way my residence is Louisville, Kentucky.
