I started researching my family in 2015 and it has been an enlightening experience ever since. Having grown up in a family in which no one spoke of their past,... I used to think that us as a family were somehow odd and in the minority. Sadly, I have found this not to be the case. The more people I speak to, the more I've come to the realization that we're not in the minority at all. I was shocked to find that so many of us are unaware of who and where our ancestors come from, what they did for a living, who their brother's and sister's were and so on. Therefor,.. I believe it is our duty to those we leave behind to give them a story of who we are and what so many of our family's had to endure. Recording the place of burial for our ancestor's is the easy part. Leaving behind the story of the lives they lived is the important part. "MEMORY ETERNAL"
