Born in 1946 the second son of Raymond Frank Schaaf and Mary Elizabeth Myers Schaaf Webster. Graduated from Strong Vincent High (1964), served in US Navy during Viet Nam (1965-1967),Ordained October of 1995. Currently Re-tired and volunteering at the Gecac Senior Center West
