Bio

My brother, Jeff, and I began researching our family after our great-aunt passed away in December 2004.

What started as a simple quest for knowledge quickly evolved into a passion of sorts...with innumerable hours spent searching records online punctuated by countless visits to the McKeesport Heritage Center and local cemeteries.

Over the years, we were able to learn a great deal about ancestors whose life stories had been lost to the passage of time and connect with distant relatives who shared our thirst for answers.

Life changed forever on January 19, 2017, when Jeff passed away at home unexpectedly.

So, here I am.

My goal is to honor Jeff's life. He was my big brother, my research partner and my best friend. Researching genealogy and sharing his findings with others was one of his greatest joys in life. He was kind, considerate, humble, selfless, patient, caring and sincere...always eager to help someone in need.

As for my contributions to Find A Grave, I only create and manage memorials for my own family members. These pages are more than a collection of names, dates and photographs to me; they are personal tributes to ancestors and loved ones who are no longer with us.

If you do not see a photograph for someone on one of my memorials, please be patient. More than likely, it is because I have not had a chance to upload one, yet.

If you have a question regarding any of the information I have presented, then feel free to send me a private message before suggesting edits.

Best wishes!
