Born and raised in St Louis metro so most of my extended family is still here. I was transplanted to Kansas and have called it home for 33 years. All three of our sons seem firmly planted in KS.
I've been a K-State Extension Master Gardener for 20 years, have tagged Monarchs since 1998 and have had over 20 recoveries in Mexico.
Reside in Overland Park, but own 50+ acres of native tall grass prairie in Miami Co, KS.
We lost my mother at 96 recently. I got busy with ancestry, but realized there are very few records of cemeteries in St Louis. I guess I have a new hobby now...we'll see.
