I'm just a middle-aged country boy that grew up on the family ranch...land that has been in the family for 6 generations. My grandmother was on the Board of Directors of the local Cemetery Association back in the 1940's, so I guess this runs in the family.

I am currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors of the Madisonville Cemetery Association, a 501c(13) non-profit organization, tasked with maintaining the Madisonville Cemetery.

My main interest is in trying to preserve the history that our cemeteries represent. So much of that history is being lost daily...I'm just trying to use technologies such are GPS, GIS and GPR, to preserve what is left, before it is lost forever.
