Bio

My genealogy interest began when my grandfather, W Q Bailey, began telling me family stories about 1971 or 1972. He passed away in 1974, but the flame had been lit. I am a fourth generation TEXAN. My gg Grandfather came to TEXAS about 1834 when TEXAS was Republic and was given a land grant of 640 acres in 1837.

So, over the years I have spent several hours and traveled many miles searching for any bit of family information I can find. The thing with genealogy is the trail never ends. And so it goes.

If you find a flower on a memorial it means that memorial is in my tree or my wife's tree.

Names I am interested in are: Royall, Bailey, Walker, Truelock, Moore, Herman.
