RE: Thomas Richardson
That's cool that we're cousins! Of course, I understand totally; I would only take over from people who aren't related. I'm descended through Sophia Richardson, daughter of Thomas and his first wife, Sarah. I just found this out yesterday in a very fun way: I received a pic of a sampler my 1st cousin has that Sophia made at age 15, but she didn't know the relationship. I had her in my tree with no last name but figured it out through a link I had to her FindAGrave, she's 2nd g-grandma to both of us!!! So I have a precious pic of her handwork, and a whole lot of relations to add to my Ancestry tree. Who are you related through? This is so much fun!

RE: Isham Cox
You are very welcome! It was quite an adventure. I regret that there was a shadow on the stone. I tried to change the tone to get a clearer "Grandpap" but my equipment isn't that sophisticated. If you have a photo enhancement app on your computer, I would be happy to email the picture to you.

Kind regards,

RE: Julia Lee and Edward Lee
I'm glad to display these beautiful headstones.
Look at the hatching on the base of the headstone and the detail in the scroll above Julia's name.
Also see Elizabeth "Bettie" Wilson Collinson and the signature of Gaddess Brothers at the base of her headstone. It is possible that the Gaddess Brothers carved Julia's stone as well, but it was not signed.

RE: Helen Harrelson and Phyllis Cox
I am related to Helen Grace, but not Alma. Helen is my 1st cousin, twice removed. Her father, David Harrelson, is my G-grandmother's brother. I believe we've communicated before.........

I thought the photo would get your attention. More on the way.

RE: Annie Sansbury and Harry Owings
Hello--Annie Sansbury and Harry Owings are my great-great-aunt and great-great-uncle, so not in my direct can surely transfer them if you wish, although I doubt I'll have more updates for them. I do think Harry's first name might be Henry, but need to get my mom's exact data source on him.

RE: Edith Fowler
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. Although I never knew her, I inherited a couple pieces of her antique furniture so she's always had a fond place in my heart.

This site is terrific--and if you ever need anything from southern MD or northern VA, let me know and I'll do my best to help.

I do not keep copies of stones after I post them.
This was from 6 years ago and I don't have any immediate plans for going to the cemetery in the future. I can no longer walk thru cemeteries.

I have her parents as Samuel and Mary E. I maybe I got it from the initials on the stone. If you believe this is incorrect I can change it. This is no relation to me. I took pictures because I don have relatives buried in this cemetery.

Whitington / Bjerke
I was looking at Sylvie Bjerke buried in Forest Hill in Owatonna; in the comment, it mentions that Sylvie was married twice. I'm not aware of this (he was my dad's cousin) - Sylvie's brother, Alvin was married twice (Alma and Clara); After Sylvie's death, his wife Faye remarried. I thought maybe if you had a little more information I could do a little more digging. Thank you - glen
