Umm-ul-Mo'mineen (in Islam the "Mother of Believers"). Born about 594, she was the daughter of Haris al-Halalia and Hind bint Auf. Maymuna was a wife of Islamic prophet Muhammad. Her original name was Burrah, but Muhammad changed it to Maimunah. She died in 674 at age 80.
