Wally Burt lost his battle with cancer on Saturday July 16, 2011 while in Hospice House while his family and the most caring Hospice staff were by his side.
He was born 11/16/1943, and is survived by his mother Lorene Morgan (Burt), wife Janice Sams (Burt), daughter Kris Brooks (Burt) and many siblings, nieces and nephews.
He was a graduate of Kennewick High School 1962. He was an avid fisherman and coin collector; he was also a very loving husband and stayed by his wife's side as she had to be placed in an Alzheimer's home.
His memory will be honored at the LDS Church (44th and Olympia) in Kennewick, Washington on Saturday July 30th at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers please feel free to make donations in his honor to Hospice House 2108 W. Entiat Avenue, Kennewick, Washington.
