She was mother to Tiberius, grandmother to Caligula and Claudius, and great-grandmother to Nero. After Octavian (Augustus) passed away, she became a priestess in his newly-founded cult and took the name, "Julia Augusta." She continued to participate in political and religious affairs until her death in 29 A.D. at the age of 86.
