THEOLIA C. ALLEN, 76, of Memphis, retired from Bensinger's Cleaners, died of heart failure Friday at Methodist Healthcare-Central. Services will be at noon Wednesday at Morning Grove Missionary Baptist Church with burial in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. N. H. Owens & Son Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Allen, the wife of Rev. Joe Allen Jr., also leaves two daughters, Jacqulyne Phelps and Rene Allen, a son, Grant Allen, three brothers, Shellie Cash, Ike Cash Jr. and Jerome Cash, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
