Frank Wilson was born in Wallaceburg, Ontario on April 22, 1882 to William and Harriet Marden Wilson. At the age of two his family relocated to Sanilac County, Michgan. He married Hattie Donnenworth on September 10, 1907, a union that produced nine children. Mr. Wilson operated the Roseburg Elevator a number of years and was a well-known farmer and hay buyer throughout Michigan's thumb. He died February 18, 1963 at Mercy Hospital in Port Huron, Michigan and is buried at Fremont Cemetery, north of Roseburg in Sanilac County. At the time of his death, Frank was survived by his wife of 56 years, Hattie; four sons: Russell, Wendell Howard, Frank D., and William L. and five daughters: Pauline (Bruce) Noble; Jean (James)Shell; Maribelle (William) Reid; Helen (Keith) Brown and Donna (Robert) Taylor.
