Alphonse is the son of Albert and Louise (Graf) BOECK. He grew up in the Mayville area. He married Aurelia Machmueller at Brownsville on September 13, 1941. They resided in the Brownsville area most of their married lives and operated Boeck's Bar in Brownsville They are the parents of Jerald Boeck and Joyce (Boeck) Peachey.
Alphonse is a Veteran of WWII. He was a member of American Legion Post 69 at Mayville and the Brownsville Fire Department.
