Alonzo was son of Levi True Page and Sarah Jane Woodward Page. He attended the Lickskillet School. He married Estella Mae Whitcomb, Nov. 21, 1908 in Hart, MI. During his life he worked for Butler Basket Co., and Harrison Basket Co. Later he managed the Davidson fruit farm and, also, worked for Shaw Box Crane division in Muskegon, until he retired. He served many years as a deputy sheriff, voted Republican and he was active in the Methodist Church. He was a staunch Prohibitionist. Lon loved to hunt and fish. He was an avid collector of arrowheads and Indian artifacts. He and his wife had four children: Merwin Whitcomb, Laurice True, Alta Mary (Rose), and Paul Levi.
