Katherine "Kate" Hoffmann Siebert was born in 1884 in Campbell County, Kentucky, the daughter of Katherine "Kate" Rittinger Hoffmann and Louis Hoffman. Her ancestry was German. She had one brother, Henry Hoffmann. She married Chris Siebert, and they had eleven children: Mennie Siebert, Carrie Siebert, Marie E. Siebert, Christopher Joseph Siebert, Stella Matilda Siebert, Charles A. Siebert, Peter Siebert, Mildred Siebert, and three infant girls. Kate died in Campbell County, Kentucky in 1971 at age 87 and is buried near her husband at Saint Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Camp Springs, Cambell County.
