Michigan Governor. He served as the Governor of Michigan from 1911 to 1913. He also served as a Member of the Michigan Republican State Executive Committee in 1899, Member of the Michigan Republican State Central Committee in 1899, Member of the University of Michigan Board of Regents from 1908 to 1911, Delegate to the Republican National Convention from Michigan in 1908, Candidate in Primary for United States Senator from Michigan in 1918, and 1930, Candidate for the Republican Nomination for Vice President in 1928, Michigan Republican State Chair in 1934, and Candidate for Presidential Elector for Michigan in 1936. Osborn also published the June Newspaper.
