Shelton and husband, Warren, Corbin, KY, Vicki L. Mullins and husband, Glen, Rogersville and Cheryl R. Davis and husband, Mark, Conway, SC; sons, Charles T. Cooke and wife, Carol, Barbourville, Warren C. Cooke, Jr. and wife, Vicky, James A. Cooke and wife, Debbie and Richard G. Funeral service was conducted Saturday, September 18, 2004 in the Broome Funeral Home chapel with Revs. Roger Ball, David Barnard and Rick Vannoy officiating. Burial followed in Hawkins County Memorial Gardens.
