Hazel Green, Grant Co., WIs. - Special: The funeral of Mrs. Oscar Birkett, 54, was held here Monday afternoon at the ME Church with the Rev. Emmanuel Harris, pastor, officiating. She died at her home Friday afternoon following a long illness.
She was born and raised in Hazel Green.
Besides her husband, she leaves five children: Geraldine, Charlene, John, Gordon, and Aldro; and one grandchild, all of Hazel Green. A daughter preceded her in death.
