She was born March 21, 1927, in Victoria to John A. and Rosa (Dreiling) Weber.
She married Gilbert Billinger on Oct. 16, 1944, in Victoria. He preceded her in death Sept. 29, 1992.
She was a homemaker, worked at the former St. Anthony Hospital in housekeeping and did housekeeping for a number of people in the Hays and Victoria area. She was a member of St. Fidelis Catholic Church and Secular Franciscan Order, both of Victoria.
Survivors include two sons, Gilbert Billinger Jr. and wife, Carol, Pfeifer, and Larry Billinger, Salina; a daughter-in-law, Roseann Billinger, Hays; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a step-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Leo Francis Billinger and Thomas Lee Billinger; two brothers, Herman Weber and Albert Weber; and four sisters, Clara McNett, Blanche Windholz, Ida Rupp and Mathilda Bollig.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Victoria; burial in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at Cline's Mortuary, 412 Main, Victoria, KS 67671.
A vigil will be at 6:45 p.m. today, followed by a Christian Mothers and Secular Franciscan Order Rosary at 7:30 p.m., all at the mortuary.
