Wife of the late George Carr. Daughter of the late Charles L. and Catherine E. (Smith) Maloney. Born and raised in Avon, Ms. Carr was a graduate of Avon High School. After raising her family, she returned to work as a marketing director for Condyne Steel Buildings. For many years Ms. Carr was active in the St. Edward School Guild and was a 50-year member of Thorny Lea Golf Club. She enjoyed entertaining, cross country skiing and travel, and especially golfing and shopping with friends.
