Singer, Entertainer. Born in Naguabo, Puerto Rico, Carmen Delia Dipiní began to sing when she was 7 years oldShe made her professional debut with Don Rafael Quiñones Vidal on WNAM Radio. Helped by her friend, singer Ruth Hernandez, she relocated to New York at 20 years, where she pursued her career as singer. She was contracted to record with Johnny Abino and the San Juan Trio. She worked with Mario de Jesus, accompanied by the Orchestra of René Touzet, recorded in Cuba with the Sonora Matancera, and sang with the Conjunto Casino and made radio and television appearances in Havana, Cuba.
