Donie Madine Greene, 48, of 4150 Lions Place, Apt. C4, died Monday in a local hospital. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Snow's Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Dan Dockery will officiate.

Mrs. Greene, a native of Treutlen County, lived in Macon since 1943. She was an operator with Evelyn's Answerphone Service and a member of Napier Avenue Church of God.

Survivors include a daughter, Diane Godfrey of Macon; a son, Steven Earl Boutwell, Sr. of Warner Robins; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. B.B. Rountree of Macon; two brothers, Bruce Rountree of Lawrenceville and Wendell Webb of Charlottesville, Va.; and three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.

The family may be contacted at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Earl Boutwell, Sr., 211 Laverne Drive, Warner Robins.
