She was the wife of the late William Allen.
She was a winder at the former Baer Silk Mill, Lehighton, for a year.
Born in Lehighton, she was a daughter of Pauline G. (David) Hill of Lehighton and the late Harold R. Hill.
Survivors: Mother; companion, Jeff Strohl of Walnutport; brothers, Terry R. of Weatherly and Todd D. of Lehighton, and sisters, Shirley A., wife of Thomas Teets of Whitehall Township, and Joan C., wife of Arthur Laury of Lehighton.
