b. Plymouth ca. 1672; d there 20 Feb. 1726/7
in 55th yr.
She m. Plymouth 6 July 1693 JOHN BARNES, b.
Plymouth 5 March 1669; d. there 15 May 1744
in 76th yr.; son of Jonathan and Elizabeth
(Hedge) Barnes. He m. (2) Plympton 1 March
1738 Ann Bonum.
On 5 June 1744 Samuel Foster and Jonathan
Barnes were appointed administrators of the
estate of John Barnes, late of Plymouth,
yeoman.
On the same date Anna Barnes of Plimpton,
widow, yielded her right to the estate of
her late husband John Barnes of Plymouth
in return for an annual payment by Seth
Barnes, Jonathan Barnes, Richard Waite,
Jonathan Bartlett, Elizabeth Curtis,
Lemuel Barnes, and by John Rider and
Nathaniel Bartlett for the heirs of Hannah
Drew, deceased.
On 14 Jan. 1744 order was given to divide
the estate of John Barnes, late of Plymouth,
among his children John Barnes, Seth Barnes,
Jonathan Barnes, Mary Rider, Samuel Drew and
William Drew being representatives of Hannah
Drew; Mary Waite, Thankful Bartlett, Eliza
Curtis and Lydia Barnes.
