Philip was the third born of 10 children and died as an infant. With his parents and all his brothers and sisters already in heaven, I was having difficulty finding information about him. I finally found his birth and death certificates in London, during my latest search in 2016.

Aunt Henriette would be the one who really knew about Philip, but she died before I even knew he existed, so unfortunately I never asked her.

CAUSE OF DEATH, found on his death certificate: peritonitis due to intussusception.
