In loving memory of Manuel Cortez Jr., age 26, who passed away July 6th 2013 at a Boise hospital due to a car accident in Caldwell, Idaho,
Manuel was born in Ventura County California. He moved to Idaho 8 years ago with his family. He was the only Loving Son of Manuel and Olga Cortez, He was the best big brother he could be to his sister Erika Cortez. In 2005 he got married to Esperanza De La Rosa, together they had 3 loving children, Ismael 7, Anthoney 3, Dominic 9mths.
Manuel was a hard worker He worked at SSI foods in Wilder for 8 years, he will be missed by all his co-workers. If the job was hard he would make it easier, he never once gave up.
His kids were everything to him; he was an amazing father to those 3 kids. God decided to take him from us and take Manuel to an even better place with him. Manuel will always be remembered in our hearts and thoughts.
Manuel's viewing will be on Thursday July 11, 2013 from 4:00- 8:00 pm at Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell with Rosary recited at 7:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 12, 2013 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Caldwell at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Canyon Hill Cemetery Caldwell, ID. Condolences for the family may be given at www.flahifffuneralchapel.com.
