Services: Sat., Nov. 6, 11 a.m.A beautiful little flower was plucked from our garden on October 29, 2004.
Mylia Denae' Hosey was born August 11, 1999 to Clarence and Cabrini Hosey in Bakersfield, California.
Mylia was an inspiration, communicated in her own way and had a beautiful loving smile. She attended McKinley Elementary School.
She touched and blessed many lives in her five years here with us.Mylia enjoyed going to church and going to the nursery at St. John Missionary Baptist Church. She would often be heard on Sunday mornings responding back to the pastor in her own expressions along with her own little Amens.
Mylia Denaé Hosey leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her homegoing, her father, Clarence Hosey and mother, Cabini Hosey; three brothers, Calvin, Troy and Caleb; two sisters, Tonya and Melissa all of Bakersfield, California; grandparents, Curl and Lordell Leathers; great-grandparents, Victoria Hosey and Idell Legrand all of Bakersfield, California; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and one niece.
A special thanks to Mary, Ashly, Jazmine, Tootie, Caleb, Troy and Melissa for their loving care of our perfect angel.
Viewing and visitation to start Friday, November 5, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. with an hour of meditation to be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Ruckers Mortuary for Mylia Denaé Hosey, 5 years old, who passed away October 29, 2004.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 6, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 1300 E. Brundage Lane. Rev. Tyree Douglas Toliver is officiating.
Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
