Loving husband, father, brother & son. Marsell passed away as a result of a car accident. He will be missed dearly.
Marsell was the oldest born to Marsell and Annette Todd December 5, 1956 in Oklahoma. During his childhood him and his family moved to Texas.
After high school he enlisted in the Army where he met his future wife Debra. After they met they were married 2 weeks later. Marsell and Debra moved to California where in Oct. of 1978 they had their first daughter Kirsten. 6 years later they had another daughter, Katrina.
He is survived by his parents, 9 siblings, 2 daughters, and 1 widow. He is now a grandfather of 2 girls. Kaydan (b.2002) and Ava (b.2006). He will be missed and always be loved and remembered.
