Woodie Thomas Davis was born to Catherine Smith Davis Strickland and Madison Davis. He is buried along side his brother John Harrison Davis.
I never got the pleasure of meeting my Uncle Woodie but I've been told a lot about him through out my life. I was always told that he was always real sickly as a boy and up until he died when he was 30 years old. Woodie was a real sweet heart that would give you the clothes off his back if you needed it even if it left him with nothing to wear.
