Mrs. Adair is survived by three children: Gary D. Spears (Karen) of O'Fallon, MO, Jerry R. Spears of St. Peters, MO and Sherry G. Caito (Charles) of Troy, MO;
Three grandchildren: Timothy M. Spears, Amber R. Caito and Brent C. Caito.
She is preceded in death by a brother, Eldon O. Wilson.
