Charles Schafer Dies at His Home
Charles H. Schafer died suddenly at his home, 2037 Fourth Street, last Saturday. Mr. Schafer, who was 51 years of age, is survived by his wife, Lena: daughter, Mrs. George Ingram: his father Henry Schafer, and two sisters, Mrs. Robert Oestrike and Mrs. Algie Pruett.
Funeral services were held at the Thon funeral home at 2 o'clock and at St. John chruch at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon. Rev. W. F. A. Simon officating. Burial was in Michigan Memorial Park.
