Melvina R. Coulter was the first of six children of Richard Lewis Coulter & Mary Jane Stoughton. She died tragically from picking & eating wild mushrooms which proved to be poisonous. She is buried in Grove City (then called Pine Grove) near her paternal grandparents, James & Cynthia (Rose) Coulter (please view their listings, also).
