Riley and Eliza Englert Miller Riley and the twin of William Duncan Riley, who died as a child. He had two older half-sisters. In 1910 he was a machinist with the Central of Georgia Railroad. "Harry" was the second husband of Nettie Donnie King Neely Riley and had two step-sons, Joe and Robbie Neely. Harry worked for the water works in Savannah.
