Ruth was a graduate of Shawnee High School. Worked as a map maker with the Army Topographic Command. She married her husband, John Arthur Kelly, Jr. on August 10, 1946. She always loved children and had 4 of her own. Grandmother of 11 and Great-Grandmother of 12. She has touch the lives of countless people.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents an all her siblings:
