called, was the second of five

children born to James Adam

Mackey and Charlotte Jane

(Forrester) Mackey. Mayme

never married. She was a

graduate of the Albany Business

College. She was a bookkeeper

for Standard Oil Co. on Pearl

Street in Albany. She died in

Albany of the flu epidemic of

1918.
