T.P. was a Pvt. in the Missouri Militia during the Civil War. He faught for the Union. He was a Deputy U.S. Mashall for the Indian Territory in 1889 to 1895. At the year of his death of a heart attack he was a Justice of the Peace and a Notary Public. He married first Lucilla Elliott in 1866 and in 1910 married Mattie Caswell. They had three boys, Louis, Theodore (Ted), and Gale (Abie).
