William Thompson Grisham was born one of seven children to James Perry Grisham and Mary Jane Brown. He married Margaret Jane Wheeler on 23 Oct 1883 in Everton, Mo.
He accepted the Lord at 20 years of age, and joined the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church near Everton, Mo.
He and Margaret had five children, the first born being a son who died at birth. The other children were Ramy Wayne, b.19 Sep 1889, Almer Olive, b. 15 Oct 1891, Lora Christina, b. 17 Nov 1893, and Gladys, b.27 Jul 1897 who all survived him. His wife, Margaret, preceded him in death 10 years earlier.
He was a farmer and then a carpenter.
He and his family moved to Arkansas City, Kansas about 1909.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church and will be missed by all of his friends there.
He is survived by his four children, two brothers and one sister.
He died of Prostate Cancer after a long illness.
