Robert Klein was born to Joseph Wandoch and Elizabeth Bubacz. He was adopted by Louis Klein , his mother's second husband, at age 6. Robert married Marilyn Deck in 1948 and they shared 58 years together. They had four children and two grandchildren.

Bob retired from Cain's Potato Chip Company as a route salesman. He also worked at Driggs Dairy, and had his own restaraunt for a while where his signature item was the "wazoo". During WWII, Bob served in the Merchant Marines.

Always a people person, Bob was happiest when he was exchanging ideas and stories with those he loved. He was a loyal "member" of the Saturday morning White Hut "Round Table" where he chatted with the guys about everything under the sun.

He enjoyed the outdoors and had many fond memories of time spent boating, canoeing, on family camping trips and simply sitting at a picnic table with a cold beer amongst family and friends.

A long time resident of West Toledo, Bob's handiwork is noticeable in each house he lived in as he took pleasure in home remodeling. He will be remembered as a loyal, fun loving man, who loved a good joke and sported a charming glint in his eyes.
