Priscilla "Pat" Margaret Eades was born to Charles John Eades,Sr and Mary Lorea Fish on 17 Jan 1924 in Shelbyville, Indiana. She died 25 Apr 2002 in Indianapolis, Indiana as the result of a car wreck; due to a TIA. She was on her way to work at the Greensburg Daily News; where she had been a paper carrier since 1979 when her husband had retired from the U.S. Army, she was 78 yrs.
She attended Shelbyville High School and was a member of Reverend Creech's Church in Greensburg.She lived in many states and Germany during her husband's lengthy military career, settling in Greensburg after his retirement.
She married first William Leffler of St Paul, Indiana.She had two children from this union. Judith Ann Leffler Hill (Tommy) and Lewis Edward Leffler (Joann). William was killed in the WWII Europen Theater 26 Apr 1943.
She married Harry Chester Corley, 20 Nov 1943 and they had a daughter, Peggy Lorea Corley Bostic (Ray). That marriage ended in divorce 1953.
She married third Lewis Ardell Oliphant, 10 Dec 1953. He brought two sons to the marriage; Ronald Lewis Oliphant and Donald Ray Oliphant (Betty) whom she raised as her own. They were married for 48 years.
From these 5 children there are 21 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
