Milford was the son of William Franklin Carney & Luzannia Alice WOODALL. He was my uncle, brother to my mother Vella Bell CARNEY Derrick.

His first marriage was to Edna STARCHER, second to ( ?) and third to Josephine ( ? ).

Milford was in the Navy in WW2, he later worked at Dupont Glass Co. Bell, WV. and played baseball for them. They called him "Lefty". His body was cremated in Florida, and later buried at Grandview Cemetery, Dunbar. WV.
