She resided for 11 years at her residence on Waterford Road off the Beard tract. Born in Nebraska, she was a member of the First Methodist Church of Modesto and the Rebekah Lodge of Orosi.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Beulah Beatty of Alameda; Mrs. Lola (McCormick) Davis of Modesto, and Mrs. Enid Marr; as well as four sisters, Nettie Thompson of Los Angeles; Mrs. Fred Gerber of Monrovia, Washington; Bess Dawkins of Rapid City, South Dakota; and Ms. Josephine Graves of Lincoln, Nebraska.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clayton C Clark, her second husband, James M McCormick; a son, Claude E Clark; and a grand-daughter Elaine Beatty.
Funeral services were held in the Shannon Chapel with Reverand D.W. Throckmorton officiating. Internment followed in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
