Additional information:
Joyce married Merle A. Haupt, son of Adam Haupt and Marion Pickering, in Fresno, CA on June 30, 1951. After a long separation their divorce was finalized April 4, 1953 and she married her soulmate, Donald Graham the same afternoon.

DNA has shaken up our family tree. It has proven without question that Joyce's biological father was Richard Campos. Dick Campos was legally separated from his wife at time of Joyce's conception. He and his wife did reconcile and went on to have a long marriage. Joyce attended school with her half sisters and never knew.

Following written before DNA results:

Descended from Filipino, Irish and French immigrants, Joyce was born in Fresno, California on March 6, 1933. She was the oldest of five daughters born to Robert "Pop" Tacadena and Kathryne "Mo" Daley. A beautiful and gifted teenager, Joyce was Homecoming Queen, Head Cheerleader and Class President.

As a Red Cross volunteer, Joyce met the love of her life, Don Graham, at a blood drive and they were married April 4, 1953 in Reno, Nevada. It was the beginning of a beautiful love story filled with family and travel.

Joyce and Don spent their Navy years living in California, Guam, The Philippines, Thailand, Virginia, Florida and their beloved Ireland. Upon Don's naval retirement, they moved their three girls, Dawna, Denise and Derry, to Ocean Springs, MS. Joyce was the St. Alphonsus School secretary and later the church secretary.

Joyce's great love was her family. She planned and coordinated elaborate, month long family vacations, never missing any school or sporting events of her beloved grandchildren; Duncan, Dawna Michelle, Guttie, Ricky, Devon and Bridy. No words can express the joy she took in spending the past ten years with her almost constant companion helpmate and great-grandson Cameron. Her vision of the perfect family was further brightened with the arrival of her great-granddaughter, Linden Elizabeth.

Our MawMaw was a "mighty mouse" of a woman that left us a legacy of always striving for our best...and eating well along the way....
