Pvt. Danny Chen, 19, of New York, died Oct. 3 in Kandahar province, Afghanistan. He was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Eight soldiers face Article 32 hearings, the military equivalent of a grand jury after alleged to have bullied Pvt Chen during a tour of duty in Afghanistan.
