Columbus, Ohio Police Officer. Killed in the line of duty by Benjamin Oliver Franklin (Memorial# 61685348), who took his own life that day. Officer Webb and his partner Melvin Grimm were responding to a domestic disturbance when he was fatally wounded by Franklin. Grimm suffered near fatal injuries that day, but recovered.

Patrolman Webb was married and had two very young children.

Officer Webb was the son of retired CPD Sgt. George Webb.
