She was a member of Fairview United Presbyterian Church and the Adult Bible Class.
During WWI, she served with the AEF as a Red Cross nurse in France.
Belle was a member of the Dierkin-Ritzert Post 642, American Legion Auxiliary and had been presented honors by the post.
Preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
