Battle of Jonesboro

The Battle of Jonesboro was the final battle in the Atlanta Campaign. It caused the city of Atlanta to fall into Union hands. The soldiers who died in this battle are buried in the Patrick R. Cleburne Confederate Cemetery, located in Jonesboro.
